Happy New Year! January is always my planning month. It’s cold outside, so there aren’t usually many portraits scheduled. I have been diving into my endless unread emails and decided to start with the newest to oldest. Often times I don’t get around to reading some of the newsletters that I really enjoy, so I decided to open them all and at least scan them.

I’m so happy I did because I came across this article sent by my CPA, Morey & David Glazer. It’s called a Premortem – and It’s the Most Productive Thing You Will Do All Year. It was published in the Wall Street Journal and written by Ben Cohen. I started reading it and didn’t stop until I got to the end.
